Abstract text

We discuss ionospheric observations taken by ionosondes, midlatitude SuperDARN radars, and GNSS TEC that show surprising longitudinal and local time differences in the ionosperhic response to the April 2024 eclipse. The results are contextualized by a comparison with GITM simulations.
