2025 Workshop: RB-SoS (roundtable)

This session will be a roundtable where members of the radiation belt community will discuss the future of radiation belt science and upcoming missions and science opportunities. We will structure this session to encourage discussion between people of different career stages, which will create an environment where students and early career researchers will have the opportunity to meet and build professional relationships with senior scientists in the field.
The 2025 GEM/CEDAR workshop will be the first GEM workshop since the release of the 2023 Heliophysics Decadal Survey. This is additionally the first workshop with the current radiation belt focus group. A discussion on the future of radiation belt science is therefore extremely timely and will likely be highly beneficial to the radiation belts community.
