Speaker and Presenter Consent Form for 2025 CEDAR Workshop

The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) serves as a hub for research, education, and public outreach for the atmospheric and related Earth sciences community by managing the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and UCAR Community Programs (UCP). Our goal is to make materials freely available to the academic, governmental, and professional communities, the news media, and the public. To help us expand the audience for your presentation, we ask that you complete and sign the following “Consent”. Dissemination will be in keeping with our educational mission.   1. I grant UCAR permission to videotape or otherwise record me and my presentation and to display and distribute the presentation via real-time webcast and in the future for UCAR’s non-commercial, non-profit, research, illustration and educational purposes, including posting a PDF of your presentation on a UCAR/CPAESS or CEDAR website.  UCAR may permit its sponsors and collaborators to display and distribute for those same limited purposes. 
  2. I either hold the copyright in my presentation or have the right to authorize these uses of my presentation and all related materials.  Neither the presentation nor the related materials infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  3. I am age eighteen or older.  I have read, fully understand and agree to the terms of this Consent.
