New version of the ICON-MIGHTI neutral wind dataset

The 3-year neutral wind dataset from the ICON-MIGHTI instrument is undergoing a final re-calibration and reprocessing. The new version (v06) of the dataset will be publicly released soon. The accuracy of the winds near sunset and sunrise has been improved, and the precision of daily calibrations has also been improved, leading to fewer artifacts affecting day-to-day variability. These improvements are discussed in detail and effects on example scientific analyses are presented.
